Delete your account

PS Trophy Tracker

In the app (fastest)

1. Open PS Trophy Tracker and sign in.
2. Go to My Profile and tap the gear at the top right (Settings).
3. Under Account, tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your account is deleted at once and you are signed out on every device. The same works in the web app at pstrophytracker.com/app.

Without the app

If you removed the app or cannot sign in, email trackerpstrophy@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address of your account, and add your PSN ID if you connected one. We delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner, and answer when it is done. We never ask for your password.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address and scrambled password, and all your logins.
• Your PlayStation link and the trophy data we read for you.
• Your settings, lists and private notes, hidden games, community tips, tags and votes, reports, blocked players, feedback, notification settings and push addresses.

What is kept

• Copies in our database backups, which are deleted automatically within 14 days.
• If the account was banned: the PSN ID on the ban list, so a ban cannot be undone by signing up again.
• Shared game data that is not about you, such as a game's trophy list and its rarity numbers.
• Your PlayStation account and trophies are not touched: they belong to Sony and we only read them.
